With the proper mindset and willpower, a normal glass of milk or fruit juice is all it takes to replace addictive caffeine beverage. But replacing caffeine quickly triggers withdrawal effects, some of which may be severe, depending on the level of addiction. Just try nibbling into some nuts, fruits, or a bowl of soup and you will be surprised how effective they are in fighting the withdrawal syndromes. Simply switching to the decaffeinated beverages don\’t necessarily help you get the coffee replacement that you require. They too have caffeine in them, though in a small proportion.
