Cavachon is a breed of dogs that was achieved by crossbreeding two other pedigree breeds. The two pedigree breeds that were bred are the Bichon Frise and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The development occurred in the United States, but because of the good looks of the dogs, they soon became very popular in other places of the world. Today, they can be found in most industrialized countries where they are raised as pet dogs.
